Challenges faced while utilizing our platform features, such as:
- Site backups
- Staging environments
- Setting up redirects
- Changing PHP versions
- Configuring Force HTTPS
- Utilizing the Arcticel search and replace tool
- Investigating server error messages
- Issues with outgoing transactional emails
- Migrating your site(s) to Arcticel. If our team manages your migration, we will handle the majority of the work. If you are migrating your own WordPress site, our Support team is available to answer basic migration inquiries but cannot assist with issues arising from failed migrations afterward.
- Investigating repeatable performance issues to eliminate server or platform configuration as the source of the problem. If it is found that server or platform configuration is not the issue, we suggest using Arcticel APM tool to help identify performance bottlenecks in your code, allowing you to collaborate with a developer to resolve these development-related issues that are beyond our support scope.
